Pet communication can offer profound insights into our pets’ well-being and even provide early warnings about health issues.

I recently experienced this with a client and her dog (Rush), demonstrating the powerful bond and intuitive connection that animals have with us.

During a communication session, we covered various topics, such as the Rush’s adjustment to a new home, her likes and dislikes, and recent changes in her human's schedule.

As we were wrapping up, I asked the Rush if there was anything else she wanted to share. Suddenly, I felt a wave of dizziness wash over me. I asked her if she was feeling dizzy or if something was unsettling her, but her message was unclear to me.  All she emphasized was that it was important I convey the feeling of dizziness to her human.

Pets can sense illnesses before we can

When I mentioned this to my client, she seemed puzzled but noted the information. I made sure to clear the energy from my own energy field afterward, which is a practice I emphasize in my animal communication classes—it's essential to release any residual energy after connecting with an animal.

A few months later, my client reached out again, expressing gratitude for the detailed reading and the information I had shared a few months prior.  She then told me something remarkable—approximately a week after our session, she was hospitalized for two weeks with severe vertigo. The dizziness had been so intense that it left her unable to work, drive, or perform daily activities.

Her gratitude was deeply moving.

She believed that her dog, Rush had sensed the impending illness, and through our session, was able to alert her before it fully manifested into something worse. She felt that this early warning from her pet had given her a chance to act sooner, potentially saving her life.

When I connected with her Rush again, I thanked her for her incredible intuition and her ability to sense an illness in her human. As we know, most animals have a heightened sense of smell, which allows them to detect things we cannot. It was as if the dog knew something was off, even if she couldn’t articulate it fully.

The bond between Rush and her human has only deepened since then.

This experience yet again, shows that animals are more than just companions—they are intuitive beings who want to protect and care for us, just as we do for them.

This experience highlights the power of animal communication and the importance of paying attention to the subtle messages our pets may send.

When we open our hearts and minds, we can build a deeper, more meaningful connection with our animal companions—one that goes beyond words and into the realm of true understanding.
