What tools do you use to navigate thru your life? Life is a journey, after all. It is an experience for us to discover more about ourselves. We acquire guides (parents, teachers, loved ones, siblings, and friends) whom help us on our path. We also arrive here with tools to help us: our intuition, our heart, and our mind. Sometimes we don't quite know how to use these tools. It's as though you've purchased something from IKEA. You know it always needs assembly but do you really want to read those instructions? It can become a jumbled up mess or even broken if you don't follow the proper directions. Sometimes those directions are difficult to understand. Then you become frustrated and emotional and sometimes destroy the very thing you were hoping to use as a tool or comfort. This happened to me with a desk chair I recently purchased. It also happened to me in my life. I didn't understand where certain pieces fit together or even how. That changed when I began to meditate.
Once I began to meditate, for just 2 minutes a day, I found clarity in my life. I found the instructions I needed to better navigate my life's journey. I began to make decisions using the tools I was given. I would filter my feelings/ideas/questions thru my intuition (gut instinct), then my heart, and then my mind. I realized I have the tools to navigate this life experience. I created positive changes in my world with these tools. I became more connected with my soul purpose. There are many different forms of meditation, try one and see what suites you. Meditation is a beautiful way to empower yourself and help yourself in this journey. Check out my EVENTS page at www.thewhispersoflove.com for my meditation classes where we sample a variety of different meditations.
With a love of animals, Linda was amazed when she first realized she could talk and hear the animals with them understanding her thoughts. She has discovered many beautiful stories and relayed life lessons thru the help of the animals.
